  1. Header: App title, week + date, SPY price and weekly return (from KPI SPY %).

  2. Strategy Scorecard: Three cards — IRA Top 5, Brokerage Top 5, Conviction 9 — portfolio vs SPY, alpha, avg risk score, WACC, sparkline placeholder.

  3. Holdings Heatmap: Unique tickers across all groups; value-weighted blend if same symbol in multiple groups; return heat by performance band; Alpha Gap and group badges.

  4. My Portfolios: E*TRADE IRA and E*TRADE Brokerage — totals, hit rate, avg alpha gap, portfolio WACC, holdings table (Status badges: green ON_LIST/LEADER, red WATCH/RISK).

  5. KPI Summary: Five columns (three model + two actual) with rows for returns, alpha, risk, WACC, hit rate, conviction.
